I am a certified psychologist with experience in Clinical/Health Psychology, as well as Social and Organisational Psychology, including recruitment and selection in different business areas, ranging from IT to Food & Beverage, from carpenters and cleaning & maintenance staff to different managerial positions.

This blog was born to provide job seekers and organisations with thought provoking ideas on how to improve their game, be it working towards their career goals (when it comes to job seekers) or how to improve organisational communication, reduce the company's turnover, or improve their employees motivation.
