Giving to the Comunity
It is a complicated situation we are currently living, due to the pandemic, and I felt it was time to give back to the community, to share my knowledge and help the professionals that have lost their jobs. It was not just me feeling this need to do something to improve the world around us. Thus, a few colleagues from HR and WOP Psychology and I got together and created the ComunidadeRH/HelpingHR. ComunidadeRH/HelpingHR was created to promote the sense of community; promote the exchange of experiences and HR/WOP Psychology knowledge sharing; promote a better image from the HR (including recruitment) by sharing good practices; promote employability by sharing job and internship offers available in the market, in the HR field as well as in other areas.
